Join Nutrition Educators on a culinary journey “Back to Basics” where they will teach you how to gain confidence in the kitchen as you prepare and work with a variety of vegetables, fruits, grains, and proteins. This class is at your own pace – feel free to get hands-on, or sit back and take it all in.

In this 3-week series you will learn how to:
Make vegetables taste delicious
– Work with fresh and dried herbs and spices
– Create simple, inexpensive healthy meals
