37th Annual Share Your Christmas Food Drive

Tis’ the Season of Gratitude, and we at the Coastal Bend Food Bank and KIII-TV are overwhelmed with appreciation for the incredible support shown during the 37th Annual Share Your Christmas Food Drive.

To all the participating schools, students, staff, and community members—thank you for your generosity and dedication to helping families in need this holiday season. Your efforts have made an extraordinary impact, providing over 248,418 meals to our neighbors facing food insecurity.

Through your canned food collections and online donations, you have brightened the holidays for countless families across the Coastal Bend. We are especially grateful for the enthusiasm and teamwork demonstrated by every school, making this year’s food drive a huge success.

Congratulations to our category winners:

Small School: Dawson Elementary

Large School: Grant Middle School

Rural School: Noonan Elementary (Alice ISD)

Together, all 33 schools collected over 28,000 lbs of non-perishable food and raised more than $7,000 in donations, providing over 52,000 meals to neighbors in need this holiday season!

As we reflect on this year’s achievements, we look forward to having your support again next year as we continue this tradition of giving back to our community.
